Of the 750 mg of magnesium bisglycinate in one capsule, 150 mg is magnesium itself and the rest is the glycine it is bound to. Pure Magnesium runs on a single active and adds nothing else to the capsule.
One hundred and fifty milligrams of elemental magnesium covers 40 % of the nutrient reference value, or 80 % at two capsules. Magnesium contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, to normal muscle function, to the normal functioning of the nervous system and to normal energy-yielding metabolism.
Take the capsule in the evening or after training, and a 90-capsule pack will last 45 to 90 days depending on whether you take one or two. The shell is plant hypromellose, and apart from the bisglycinate the only other ingredient is rice extract as an anti-caking agent. Directions
