Puru Magnesium are dissolvable tablets with magnesium in the organically bound form of magnesium malate. Nothing to wash down and nothing to mix – you let the tablet dissolve in your mouth and you are done. One tablet delivers 94 mg of magnesium and four tablets cover 100% of the reference intake. Magnesium contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, to normal muscle function and to normal psychological function. The taste comes from natural orange flavouring.

Dosage
