Quercetin belongs to the plant flavonoids, and in food vitamin C usually travels with it, because you find both in the same piece of fruit. Quercetin + Vitamin C by NutriWorks brings the two together at 250 mg each per capsule.
Quercetin occurs naturally in onions, apples, capers and black tea, though at single-digit milligrams per portion. Here it comes as quercetin dihydrate, of which the capsule holds 275 mg, equivalent to 250 mg of quercetin itself. No nutrient reference value has been set for quercetin.
Vitamin C is dosed at 250 mg, which is 312% NRV. Vitamin C contributes to the normal function of the immune system and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. The capsule shell is pullulan, a polysaccharide obtained by fermentation rather than gelatine, and the whole capsule is made in Finland and Sweden. You take one or two capsules a day, so a 60 capsule pack runs 30 to 60 days.

Dosage
