Seven days, four capsules a day, two different blends. In the morning you take two Morgon capsules with artichoke, turmeric and chlorella, in the evening two Kväll capsules with rhubarb root and magnesium.
Nordbo does not rely on one all-purpose capsule here, it splits the botanical part into two formulas. The morning one is built on artichoke (200 mg) and turmeric (200 mg), the evening one on rhubarb root (800 mg) and magnesium hydroxide, which supplies 250 mg of elemental magnesium, that is 66% of the nutrient reference value.
Nineteen ingredients across the two blends, 28 capsules in the pack, nothing to measure out. The capsules are plant-based, with no gelatine.

Dosage
Two Morgon capsules in the morning on an empty stomach and two Kväll capsules in the evening before bed. Wash them down with a large glass of water and drink plenty during the day. One pack covers seven days. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
