Raw´s Bioactive B-Complex puts eight B vitamins into a single capsule, each at 200% of the nutrient reference value. The vitamins are present in bioactive forms, meaning the body does not have to convert them first. The pack holds 90 capsules, which at one capsule a day covers three months.

The formula is deliberately bare. It contains no synthetic additives, artificial colours, animal-derived ingredients, genetically modified or irradiated components. The capsule is plant-based, so the product fits a vegetarian or vegan diet.

B vitamins are water soluble, the body does not stockpile them and you need to top them up as you go. Hence one capsule a day, ideally in the morning with food. Handy when you train hard, eat plant-based, or simply want your B intake under control without juggling five separate supplements.
