Reco Lactose Free 1 kg in vanilla is a protein with carbs for athletes who watch lactose – the product holds less than 0.1 g of lactose per 100 g. One 50 g serving carries 24 g of protein and 22 g of carbohydrate, and the bag covers 20 servings. Whey protein concentrate forms the base together with maltodextrin and dextrose. Vanilla is mild and sits well even after a long session.

Dosage
Shake 50 g (one scoop) into 300–400 ml of cold water or milk. Take 1–3 servings a day, ideally right after training or between meals during the day. Do not exceed 3 servings a day.
