KSM-66® and Lactium® are the two branded raw materials this formula is built on, and both appear in the capsule at a declared amount: 300 mg of ashwagandha root extract and 150 mg of milk peptides. Zinc in the bisglycinate chelate and folic acid round the list out.
The ingredient list runs to six entries including the capsule shell and the anti-caking agent, so nothing extra found room in it. The shell is plant-based hypromellose.
