Royal jelly in honey is a ready made blend you simply scoop and eat. No weighing, no stirring: a fifth of the jar is fresh royal jelly, the rest is raw blossom honey that preserves it naturally and takes the edge off its sharp, sour taste.

The 250 g jar holds 50 g of royal jelly and 200 g of raw honey, a 20 to 80 ratio. Neither has been heated or frozen, so the honey stays raw and the jelly stays fresh. The result is creamy, golden and far easier to eat than pure royal jelly, and you never have to measure anything out.

The honey softens the sharp sourness enough that the blend goes down even with people who cannot get on with pure royal jelly. A spoonful in the morning, jar back in the fridge, done.

Dosage

One teaspoon in the morning on an empty stomach, which works out at roughly 1 g of royal jelly. Use a wooden or plastic spoon, avoid metal. Then put the jar back into the cold, below 5 °C.

80% raw blossom honey, 20% fresh royal jelly. Net weight 250 g, made up of 200 g honey and 50 g royal jelly.

Contains honey, so it is not suitable for children under 12 months. Not suitable for anyone allergic to bee products or pollen. Do not exceed the recommended daily amount. This product is not a substitute for a varied and balanced diet. Store below 5 °C, out of reach of children. It is a natural product, so colour and texture may vary between batches.
