Rainbow trout from ASC-certified Danish farming, and only three to four hours pass between the catch and the finished capsule. Processing happens within fifty kilometres of the farm, so the raw material never travels far and never gets blended with fish oil that has crossed half the planet.
The oil carries the EcoloMega® name and keeps its native fatty acid profile, meaning the ratio the fish actually has. Two capsules give you 310 mg of omega-3, of which 55 mg EPA and 145 mg DHA, then 190 mg omega-6, 95 mg omega-7, 450 mg omega-9 and 85 mg omega-11. Testing puts heavy metals, PCBs and dioxins well below measurable levels.
One thing said plainly, so nothing catches you out: the capsule shell is made of fish gelatine, so this product is not vegan and is not suitable for anyone with a fish allergy. The pack holds 120 capsules, which covers 30 to 60 days depending on the dose you pick.

Dosage
Children aged 11 to 17 take 2 capsules a day. Adults, including pregnant and breastfeeding women, take 2 to 4 capsules a day. At two capsules a pack lasts 60 days, at four capsules 30 days.
