The difference between raw resin and a standardised extract is simple: with an extract you know how much fulvic acid a dose really holds. Here it is 20 %, which means 60 mg out of the 300 mg extract in each capsule.
Shilajit, also called mumijo, is a dark mountain resin collected in the high ranges of Central Asia and India. NutriWorks offers it as a measured vegan capsule rather than a sticky mass in a jar that you have to weigh out.
Besides the extract the formula holds only maltodextrin, the capsule shell and an anti-caking agent. Made in Finland and Sweden.

Directions
Take 1 capsule a day, ideally with a meal, and wash it down with plenty of water.
