Sleep Prep is a rich protein hot chocolate drink designed to support falling asleep, help reduce restlessness and irritability, and contribute to quality sleep. Each serving delivers a fully flavoured chocolate drink with a combination of clinically studied active ingredients – gentle, consistent and without next-day grogginess.

Lemon balm extract (300 mg) supports falling asleep and helps reduce restlessness and irritability. Ashwagandha KSM-66® (300 mg) is a full-spectrum root extract, an Ayurvedic adaptogen that contributes to optimal relaxation and emotional balance. Lactium® (300 mg) contains the bioactive peptide alpha-casozepine isolated from micellar casein – its properties are associated with naturally increasing GABA activity and supporting the nervous system, without sedative effects or dependency. Magnesium (180 mg) contributes to normal nervous system function and normal psychological function. The formula is completed by probiotics of four strains including LactoSpore®, chicory root fibre and BioPerine® for optimal absorption.

Directions for use

Mix one 10 g scoop with 100 ml of hot water, stir thoroughly and drink approximately 1 hour before bed. The pack contains 15 servings. For best results, make Sleep Prep part of your daily evening routine.
