The evening hot chocolate here is literal: 10 g of powder into 100 ml of hot water, built on dried buttermilk and micellar casein with cocoa and a pinch of sea salt. The 150 g pack holds 15 doses.
On top of that base Reflex has layered four branded ingredients: KSM-66® ashwagandha, Lactium® from micellar casein, a standardised lemon balm leaf extract and BioPerine®. A gram of chicory root fibre and four bacterial cultures round it off.
Of the nutrients carrying an approved claim, magnesium is the one: 180 mg per dose, 48 % of the nutrient reference value. Magnesium contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue and to normal muscle function.

Dosage
Stir one 10 g scoop into 100 ml of hot water, mix thoroughly and drink it about an hour before bed. The daily dose is one scoop. The 150 g pack holds 15 doses.
