SPORTS Electrolyte Fix by Viridian Nutrition is a concentrate of four key electrolytes – magnesium, potassium, sodium and chloride – sourced from the Great Salt Lake in Utah. Just a few drops in water or juice and you have your own electrolyte drink with no added sugar, sweeteners or additives.
- Electrolyte balance – magnesium contributes to electrolyte balance and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
- Muscles – potassium and magnesium contribute to normal muscle function.
- Nervous system – potassium contributes to normal functioning of the nervous system and the maintenance of normal blood pressure.
- Sugar-free – no sweeteners, colourings or preservatives, just the mineral concentrate.
- Long-lasting – 40–50 servings per bottle.
Dosage
Adults 2.5–10 ml daily, children from 8 years and pregnant women max. 2.5 ml daily. Mix 2.5 ml (about half a teaspoon) into 1 litre of water or juice, or use the dropper.

Chloride 398 mg (50% NRV), potassium 132 mg (7% NRV), sodium 127 mg, magnesium 46 mg (12% NRV).
