SPORTS Electrolyte Fix by Viridian Nutrition is a concentrate of four key electrolytes – magnesium, potassium, sodium and chloride – sourced from the Great Salt Lake in Utah. Just a few drops in water or juice and you have your own electrolyte drink with no added sugar, sweeteners or additives.

Dosage

Adults 2.5–10 ml daily, children from 8 years and pregnant women max. 2.5 ml daily. Mix 2.5 ml (about half a teaspoon) into 1 litre of water or juice, or use the dropper.
