Twelve ingredients in a single plant-based capsule: a full B-complex with methylcobalamin as the active form of B12, vitamin C as calcium ascorbate, magnesium bound to glycine, plus choline and inositol.
A standard B-complex stops at six entries and uses magnesium oxide. Nordbo takes another route: magnesium bisglycinate, magnesium bound to the amino acid glycine, and vitamin C as calcium ascorbate, which is not acidic, so you can take it on an empty stomach.
One capsule a day covers the basics, two bring the daily intake to 100 mg of magnesium and 300 mg of vitamin C. A single pack therefore lasts 30 to 60 days depending on how you dose it.

Dosage
One to two capsules a day with food, washed down with a glass of water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
