Most multivitamins dose biotin in tens of micrograms. This one puts 5500 µg into a single vegan capsule, alongside 5 mg of zinc as the organic citrate and 40 mg of L-methionine.
Biotin contributes to the maintenance of normal hair and zinc contributes to the maintenance of normal nails. At one capsule a day the 120 capsule tub covers four months, so one order carries you through a whole season.
The formula follows the NutriWorks line: active ingredients at a stated dose, nothing padded out. Blending and encapsulation happen at the brand's own sites in Finland and Sweden.

Directions
Take 1 capsule a day with a meal, ideally with a glass of water.
