There are eight B vitamins and each one has its own job in the body. Strong Vitamin B by NutriWorks puts all of them into a single plant based capsule at doses well above the nutrient reference value: thiamine 50 mg, riboflavin 50 mg, niacin 100 mg, pantothenic acid 100 mg.
Two details set it apart from an ordinary B-complex. B12 is here as methylcobalamin, a form the body uses without a further conversion step, unlike the cheaper cyanocobalamin. And the formula adds choline and inositol at 50 mg each. Vitamin B12 contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism and vitamin B6 contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
The shell is HPMC, so no gelatine, and there are no artificial sweeteners; the capsules come off the NutriWorks lines in Finland and Sweden. You take one capsule a day with food, so a 90 capsule pack covers three months.
