A scoop is ten grams and one a day is the limit, because it carries 175 mg of caffeine. That is roughly two strong espressos taken in one go.
Blue raspberry is the sweet fruity option in the Muscle BOMB range, without a sour finish. Beside the caffeine, a single scoop holds 4.5 g of citrulline malate, 1.25 g of beta-alanine and 1.25 g of anhydrous betaine, plus electrolytes and three B vitamins.
The 400 g pack covers 40 sessions. Every active is listed separately on the label, with no proprietary blend.

Directions
Mix 10 g, one level scoop, into 200 ml of cold water and drink it 20 to 30 minutes before training. The recommended daily dose is 10 g, one scoop. The 400 g pack holds 40 doses.
