The Muscle BOMB in blue raspberry is a pre-workout powder for anyone who prefers a sweeter, fruity flavour. One 10 g scoop gives you 175 mg of caffeine, 4.5 g of citrulline malate and 1.25 g of beta-alanine, plus electrolytes and B vitamins. The 400 g tub covers 40 workouts. It is one of the most heavily dosed pre-workouts in the Reflex Nutrition range.

• 175 mg caffeine per serving – anhydrous form, roughly the equivalent of two strong espressos.
• 4.5 g citrulline malate – the single largest active in the whole formula.
• 1.25 g beta-alanine and 1.25 g betaine anhydrous – a pairing you only find in hardcore pre-workouts.
• 750 mg L-tyrosine and 500 mg L-taurine – two extra free amino acids in every scoop.
• Electrolytes – 30 mg magnesium, 156 mg potassium and 35 mg sodium per serving.
• B vitamins – vitamins B6 and B12 contribute to normal energy-yielding metabolism and, together with folate, to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.

Dosage

Mix 10 g (one level scoop) into 200 ml of cold water and drink it 20 to 30 minutes before training. The recommended daily serving is 10 g, that is one scoop. The 400 g tub holds 40 servings. On days you use Muscle BOMB, keep an eye on your other sources of caffeine.
