A fizzy lemon tang keeps Muscle BOMB drinkable even at 175 mg of caffeine per scoop. Lemon sherbet is the lightest flavour in the range and it covers the bitterness that beta-alanine and tyrosine bring.
One dose is 10 g of powder in 200 ml of cold water. It carries 4.5 g of citrulline malate, 1.25 g of beta-alanine, 1.25 g of anhydrous betaine, 750 mg of L-tyrosine, 500 mg of L-taurine and 175 mg of caffeine. The 400 g tub covers 40 sessions.
Caffeine here is dosed per full scoop, not by the spoonful, so keep track of what else you drink that day.

Dosage
Mix 10 g, one level scoop, into 200 ml of cold water and drink it 20 to 30 minutes before training. The recommended daily dose is 10 g. Because of the caffeine it is a poor fit for a late evening session. The 400 g tub holds 40 doses.

Warning
Food supplement with sweeteners. High caffeine content, 175 mg per 10 g dose, which is 1750 mg per 100 g.
