Sour green apple is a sharp flavour that still works at six in the morning, when a sweet fizzy drink in the shaker does not. The Muscle BOMB in sour apple mixes 10 g of powder into 200 ml of cold water, and the 400 g tub turns that into 40 training sessions.
One scoop carries 4.5 g of citrulline malate, 1.25 g of beta-alanine, 1.25 g of anhydrous betaine, 750 mg of L-tyrosine, 500 mg of L-taurine and 175 mg of caffeine, plus electrolytes and three B vitamins.
Caffeine is the reason to keep an eye on the dose. The 175 mg per serving is roughly two strong espressos, so count your other caffeine for the day.

Dosage
Mix 10 g, one level scoop, into 200 ml of cold water and drink it 20 to 30 minutes before training. The recommended daily dose is 10 g, one scoop. If caffeine hits you hard, start with half a scoop. The 400 g tub holds 40 doses.

Warning
Food supplement with sweeteners. High caffeine content, 175 mg per 10 g dose, which is 1750 mg per 100 g.
