Before an early session it helps that every active is quantified separately on the label rather than hidden in a proprietary blend. With Muscle BOMB you know exactly that a scoop holds 4.5 g of citrulline malate and 175 mg of caffeine.
Twizzle lolly is a sweet-shop flavour with no sour finish, so it goes down easily even on an empty stomach. Alongside the citrulline and caffeine, one 10 g scoop carries 1.25 g of beta-alanine, 1.25 g of anhydrous betaine, 750 mg of L-tyrosine and 500 mg of L-taurine.
The 400 g pack lasts 40 sessions. Electrolytes are topped up with 156 mg of potassium, 35 mg of sodium and 30 mg of magnesium per dose.

Directions
Add 10 g, one level scoop, to 200 ml of cold water, stir and drink it 20 to 30 minutes before training. The recommended daily dose is 10 g. The 400 g pack holds 40 doses.
