Your thyroid is the silent conductor of metabolism, energy and recovery. Thyroid Complex by Viridian Nutrition is a considered formula of eight active nutrients built so their effects reinforce one another in a strong synergy — iodine, selenium, vitamin A, zinc, vitamins B1, B2, B3 and iron.
At the core of the formula is the pairing of iodine (200 µg) and selenium (200 µg as selenomethionine). Iodine contributes to the normal production of thyroid hormones and to normal thyroid function, and selenium contributes to the normal function of the thyroid gland. They are joined by zinc (15 mg) as zinc citrate and the well-absorbed iron (5 mg) as iron bisglycinate.
