Ashwagandha (Withania somnifera) is the best-known adaptogen of Ayurveda – traditionally used in times of mental and physical strain, it contributes to optimal mental and physical wellbeing, energy and relaxation. Transcended Ashwagandha is a KSM-66 powdered extract of the root, standardised to a minimum of 5% withanolides; the 40 g jar holds 40 servings of 1 g and is made for anyone who wants ashwagandha as a branded full-spectrum extract from organic farming.
