Lion's mane (Hericium erinaceus) has been used in traditional Chinese and Japanese practice for centuries – in Japan it is called yamabushitake after the yamabushi mountain monks – and today it is the favourite mushroom of people who work with their heads: students, creators and anyone who spends their days in deep focus. Transcended Lion's Mane is a Japanese extract of pure fruiting bodies in premium loose-powder form, with min. 25% beta-glucans; the 40 g pack equals 20 servings of 2 g and works in warm water, smoothies, yogurt or recipes.
