Pine pollen has been used in traditional Chinese practice for centuries as a tonic, and today it is reached for mainly by men and by anyone who wants protein, fibre and micronutrients from a single whole-food source. Transcended Pine Pollen is 100% pollen of the wild Pinus massoniana pine, harvested around Qiandao Lake in China's Zhejiang province; the fine golden powder has 99% of its cell walls mechanically cracked, and the 100 g pack holds 50 servings of 2 g – for drinks, smoothies or sprinkling over food.

- 99% cracked cell walls – the tough wall of the pollen grain is gently broken using low-temperature air-flow and vibration technology, so the grain's contents are released more easily when consumed.

- Di Tao sourcing – harvested in the region considered the native home of the Pinus massoniana pine.

Dosage
Mix 2 g (a heaped teaspoon) into water or add it to a smoothie, tea or yogurt. You can also sprinkle the powder over food. Up to 10 g a day can be consumed.
