Travel Biotic by Viridian Nutrition is a biotic designed specifically for travelling. Each capsule contains 500 mg of Saccharomyces boulardii probiotic yeast (10 billion microorganisms at the time of manufacture) and ginger root powder, a traditional travellers' spice. The capsules are heat resistant, so you can pack them in your luggage without worry – no fridge needed.

Directions

Take 1 capsule daily for 5 days before your trip and continue while travelling. For general use, take 1–2 capsules daily, or as directed by your physician.
