Tribulus terrestris is an annual herb found from the Mediterranean across to southern Asia; the extract, though, reaches the capsule in Finland and Sweden. The aerial parts are processed, and the extract is made by concentrating the plant compounds, steroidal saponins among them. How much of them an extract carries is the only honest way to compare two products, which is why the figure belongs on the label.
The capsule also carries 5 mg of zinc as zinc citrate. Zinc contributes to normal macronutrient metabolism, and one capsule holds 50% of the nutrient reference value. The shell is hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, so it is vegetarian. You take one capsule a day and a 120 capsule pack lasts four months.
