Triple Iron combines two organic forms of iron – bisglycinate and fumarate – with lactoferrin and vitamin C. Iron contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, to the normal function of the immune system, to normal cognitive function and to the normal formation of red blood cells and haemoglobin. Vitamin C also contributes to the normal function of the immune system. Developed and manufactured in Finland, free of fillers and artificial sweeteners.

Dosage

Take 1 to 2 capsules daily, ideally with a meal, and wash them down with water.

Ingredients

Iron bisglycinate, lactoferrin (allergen: milk), vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid), iron fumarate, capsule shell HPMC (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose).

Per 1 capsule: iron 50 mg (357 % NRV*), lactoferrin 100 mg, vitamin C 80 mg (100 % NRV*).
Per 2 capsules: iron 100 mg (714 % NRV*), lactoferrin 200 mg, vitamin C 160 mg (200 % NRV*).
