Triple Magnesium is magnesium in three organically bound forms at once: malate, bisglycinate and taurate. Four capsules deliver 375 mg of magnesium, which is 100% of the nutrient reference value. Chelates such as bisglycinate are gentler on digestion than cheap oxide, and magnesium is one of the first minerals your body draws on during training and stress.
