Turkesterone by VemoHerb delivers 500 mg of dry Ajuga reptans extract per capsule, standardized to a minimum of 10% turkesterone and 14% ecdysone. Turkesterone belongs to the phytoecdysteroids — natural plant compounds found in small amounts even in common foods such as spinach, asparagus or quinoa. The Ajuga used for this extract comes from wild harvests in the Pamir mountains, where it grows on rocky terrain at altitudes of up to 2,500 m.

Dosage
