Coenzyme Q10 does not stand alone here. Alongside 100 mg of ubiquinone the maker added four B group vitamins, each at exactly 100 % of the nutrient reference value: riboflavin, niacin, pantothenic acid and B6.

That quartet is what gives the product something documented to stand on. Riboflavin contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress and pantothenic acid contributes to normal mental performance. Q10 itself is listed as a content figure, with no claim attached.

The capsule holds only the actives, maltodextrin and the shell, with no colours or sweeteners. Made in Finland and Sweden.

Directions
