QuraDea unpasteurised RAW organic colostrum in the large 250 g jar is first milk from Swiss organic farms, collected within 6 hours of calving and freeze-dried. It goes through neither pasteurisation nor fractionation, so the powder still holds the fat, the casein and the whey fraction exactly as the cow gave them.
This size makes sense once colostrum is a daily habit and you would rather not reorder every month. At 1 g a day a 250 g jar runs for about eight months, at 3 g a day for close to three. The powder sits loose in violet Miron glass, which keeps light out and slows oxidation.
The cows graze on Swiss farms certified by BIO SUISSE and DEMETER, they are raised without antibiotics, and the first milk is taken only after the calf has had its fill. Every batch goes through microbiological screening, as you would expect from a raw, unpasteurised product.

Directions
Take 1 to 3 g a day, roughly a level teaspoon, ideally on an empty stomach. Let the powder dissolve slowly in your mouth and wash it down, or stir it into a cold drink or a smoothie. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
