You can judge a multivitamin by what it leaves out. Vegan Life Multi carries iron as bisglycinate, vitamin B12 as methylcobalamin and folate in the active 5-MTHF Quatrefolic® form, exactly the nutrients a plant-based diet struggles with.
Fifteen entries are quantified in the table, separately for one capsule and for two. The minerals come in organic forms: magnesium as bisglycinate, potassium and calcium as citrates, chromium as picolinate and selenium as selenomethionine.
The botanical side is covered by 100 mg of ginseng extract across two capsules. Ginseng is traditionally counted among the adaptogens. The recommended dose is one to two capsules a day with food, and the pack holds 90.

Dosage
