Kneel down, grip the handles, roll out until your hips are almost straight and pull back. Three sets of that with the Venum Challenger Abs Wheel and you will know exactly where your abs, obliques and lower back are. It works in the gym corner, on the living-room floor or in a hotel room.
At 610 g and 36 cm across the handles it fits in a backpack next to your wraps. The 19 cm wheel has curved edges, so the roller wants to tip sideways slightly and your deep stabilisers have to work to keep it straight. This khaki version is one of three colourways.

How to use
Start from your knees on a mat with the wheel under your shoulders. Brace your core, roll forward only as far as you can keep your lower back flat, then pull back with your abs, not your arms. Build up to standing roll-outs once kneeling sets of 10 feel controlled.
Care
A quick wipe with a damp cloth after use is enough; store the roller somewhere dry, out of direct sun. Do not roll on wet or slippery floors and check the handles are tight before each session.
