Loop it round the pull-up bar and get three more reps than you would unassisted. Wrap it under your feet for banded push-ups or press-ups. Stretch hamstrings with it after sparring. The black Venum Challenger Resistance Band covers 11 to 22 kg (25 to 50 lbs), the second lightest of five levels, which makes it the one most fighters reach for first.
The band measures 208 cm around, 2.2 cm wide and 0.45 cm thick. Rolled up it takes less space than a hand wrap, so it lives in the kit bag and comes out at the gym, on the road or at the mat before a fight. Each colour is sold on its own, so you can add heavier bands as you get stronger.

How to use
For assisted pull-ups, hang the band over the bar, pull one end through the loop and put a knee or foot in the hanging end. For strength work, stand on the band and press, row or curl against it. For mobility, use it as a strap for hamstring and hip stretches. Always check the anchor is secure before you load the band.
Care
Keep the band away from sharp edges and direct sunlight, wipe it dry after sweaty sessions and inspect it for nicks before use. Replace it if you see cuts or thinning.
