The Venum Essential 61 L is a duffle bag that takes your clothes, trainers, towel and training kit in one go. It suits you if you carry more than a rucksack will hold and want everything in one big compartment. Carry it over your shoulder on the strap or by the two handles.

Zipped pockets outside and in
The large main compartment opens with a zip along the full length of the top. One end has its own zipped pocket, the long side without the logo has a flat zipped pocket, and inside there is another zipped pocket for keys or a wallet.
The body of the bag is navy blue, the straps and zips are black, and the Venum logo on the side is grey. The shoulder strap clips onto the loops at each end of the bag, and two handles let you carry it by hand.

Is the shoulder strap detachable?
Yes, it clips onto the loops at each end of the bag. Without it you carry the bag by the two handles.
How is it different from the Venum Essential tote-style bag?
You carry the Essential tote by its side straps, and its detachable strap doubles as a stretching aid after training. This duffle holds 61 L and measures 62 × 35 × 30 cm. Its main compartment closes with a zip along the top, and you carry it by the two handles or on the shoulder strap.
Is 61 litres a lot?
It takes a full kit including trainers and a change of clothes, so it makes sense for sessions where you bring your own gear, or for a full day at a tournament. If all you carry is a T-shirt and a water bottle, it will be bigger than you need.
How do I clean it?
The manufacturer specifies spot cleaning only. Wipe marks with a damp cloth, keep the bag out of the washing machine and leave it open to air after training.
