Vitamin A is one of the fat soluble vitamins and NutriWorks doses it at 1000 µg as retinyl acetate. A single vegan capsule covers 125 % of the nutrient reference value.

Vitamin A contributes to the maintenance of normal vision and to normal iron metabolism. The second one matters most if you train at high volume and keep an eye on your iron intake as well.

The ingredient list is short and readable: active, bulking agent, capsule shell. No colours, no sweeteners.

Directions

Take 1 capsule a day with a meal that contains some fat. Without fat, vitamin A is absorbed less well.
