The organic B complex from Dr. Mercola is built on Panmol® technology, where the B vitamins are grown inside a matrix of sprouts from organic quinoa seeds. Two capsules make the daily serving and cover all eight B vitamins from thiamine to biotin. Alongside them sits 150 mg of benfotiamine, a fat soluble derivative of thiamine.
Thiamine, riboflavin, niacin, pantothenic acid, vitamin B6, biotin and vitamin B12 contribute to normal energy-yielding metabolism. Riboflavin, niacin, pantothenic acid, vitamin B6, folate and vitamin B12 contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. The two capsule serving brings 6 µg of vitamin B12, which is 240 % of the reference intake, plus 400 µg of folic acid. Benfotiamine is fat soluble, so the capsules belong with a meal rather than on an empty stomach.
The capsules are plant based hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, with no synthetic colours, no GMO and no ingredients of animal origin. At two capsules a day, a 60 capsule bottle covers a month.

Dosage
