Vitamin C comes in several forms and the cheapest of them, ascorbic acid, is strongly acidic. Nordbo uses calcium ascorbate instead, vitamin C bound to calcium, which sits at neutral pH. The zinc here is zinc picolinate, an organically bound form.
Two capsules a day give you 1000 mg of vitamin C and 25 mg of zinc, so a hundred capsules last fifty days. Vitamin C contributes to the normal function of the immune system and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Zinc contributes to the normal function of the immune system and to the protection of cells from oxidative stress.
The ingredient list stays short: two actives, magnesium stearate as a filler and a plant cellulose capsule. No colours, no GMO. Made in Sweden and carrying the I'm Vegan certificate from Djurens Rätt.

Directions
Take 2 capsules a day with food and wash them down with water. One pack lasts you 50 days.
