Organic Vitamin D by Viridian Nutrition takes the natural route – its vitamin D2 (ergocalciferol) comes from an organic extract of white mushroom (Agaricus bisporus). One capsule delivers 10 µg of vitamin D (400 IU), which equals 200% of the nutrient reference value.
