Viridian Vitamin D3 2000 IU covers the gap with a single capsule every other day.

The vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol) comes from a lichen extract, so the product is vegan; D3 is otherwise usually obtained from animal sources. One capsule holds 50 µg, which is 2000 IU or 1000 % of the reference intake. The manufacturer recommends one capsule a day; the dose is adjusted to one capsule every other day to comply with Czech legislation.
