Vitamin D3 spray by Viridian Nutrition is a convenient alternative to capsules – two sprays into the mouth give you a daily dose of 25 µg (1000 IU). The cholecalciferol comes from lichen, so it suits vegans, and coconut MCT oil helps dissolve the vitamin. Natural orange oil takes care of the pleasant taste. One pack holds roughly 140 sprays.
