Vitamin D3 4000 IU by Viridian Nutrition is the strong option for times when the sun just is not enough. Cholecalciferol extracted from lichen is identical to the form your body makes itself, and thanks to its plant origin it suits vegans as well. One capsule holds 100 µg (4000 IU), which is why it is taken every other day or as needed.
