Nutrigums Vitamin D3 gummies deliver 25 µg of vitamin D3 (1000 IU) – 500% of the daily reference intake – in a single chewable jelly with natural lemon flavour. The vitamin D comes as plant-based cholecalciferol, so these gummies suit vegans too. No capsules to swallow, just chew.

Dosage
