Vitamin K2 (menaquinone-7) is the form of vitamin K naturally found mainly in fermented foods such as Japanese natto. Viridian Nutrition obtains it by gentle fermentation of a Bacillus subtilis natto culture, making it 100% vegan. One capsule a day gives you 100 µg of K2 – 133% of the nutrient reference value.
