Whey Protein by PULS nutrition is a whey protein from concentrate with a vanilla flavour – 23 g of protein in a single 30 g serving and 33 servings per 1 kg tub. Vanilla is mild and versatile, so you can drink it all year without getting tired of it. It works after training and as a quick protein top-up during the day when there is no time for a proper meal.

Dosage
Mix 30 g (about one scoop) with 250 ml of cold water or milk and shake. Take 1–3 servings a day, ideally right after training or between meals during the day. Do not exceed 3 servings a day.
