Whey Protein 350 g in pineapple ice cream is a whey protein for anyone tired of chocolate and vanilla – one 30 g serving holds 23 g of protein and the pack gives you 11 of them. The taste is fresh and fruity and works best with water, where it comes out almost like lemonade. It is a good pick in summer and after hard sessions, when a creamy shake will not go down.

Dosage
Mix 30 g (about one scoop) with 200–250 ml of cold water or milk and shake. Take 1–3 servings a day, ideally right after training or between meals during the day. Do not exceed 3 servings a day.
