Wild cordyceps (Cordyceps sinensis) from the Bhutanese Himalayas, ground whole and filled into capsules. Each capsule holds one ingredient only, 250 mg of ground cordyceps. No fillers, no preservatives, no flavourings.

Harvesting is done by hand at 4,000 to 5,400 metres and lasts only three to four weeks a year. The Royal Government of Bhutan regulates it, and every consignment passes inspection by the BAFRA and MoAF authorities plus export and import checks. Cordyceps has been used in traditional Chinese and Tibetan medicine for centuries.

Capsules are the practical format for daily use. They skip the bitter, earthy taste of the dried fruiting bodies and the dose is always the same. A 30 capsule pack lasts a month at one capsule a day.

Dosage
