Woman 40+ Omega Oil by Viridian is an organic blend of seven cold-pressed plant oils created for women over forty. The base is flaxseed oil rich in omega 3, complemented by borage, perilla, argan, evening primrose, sea buckthorn and blackcurrant seed oils. Alpha-linolenic acid contributes to the maintenance of normal blood cholesterol levels (the beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 2 g).

• Omega 3, 6 and 9 – 1,852 mg alpha-linolenic acid, 902 mg linoleic acid and 945 mg oleic acid per 5 ml
• 7 organic oils – flaxseed, borage, perilla, argan, evening primrose, sea buckthorn and blackcurrant
• GLA – 238 mg gamma-linolenic acid from borage and evening primrose in each dose
• Cold-pressed – gentle processing in organic quality, suitable for vegans

Directions

Take 10–15 ml (2–3 teaspoons) daily with food. Refrigerate after opening and use within 6 weeks.
