Leggings you do not need to keep pulling up during training. The anatomically shaped cut fits the body precisely, and a high waistband with elastic at the top stays put through squats, lunges and runs. At the lower back, the band is cut into an angled yoke that firms and shapes the figure. Inside the waistband is a pocket: your key or card stays with you, not in the changing room.
Espan Grit fabric
Espan Grit is a higher-weight knit of 86 % polyester and 14 % elastane, at 240 g/m². The high fibre density determines two things you notice immediately in leggings. The fabric is not see-through, so forward bends and squats are no cause for concern. The knit also gives mild compression: you feel held without pinching anywhere. A matt, smooth surface with increased abrasion resistance withstands knees on the mat and rubbing against a bench.
High waist and inner pocket

Care
Machine wash inside out at 30 °C with similar colours, using liquid detergent without fabric softener or bleach. Air dry away from sunlight and heat sources. Do not tumble dry.
