Nutrigums Women's Vitality is a women's multivitamin in gummies – a chewable jelly with natural berry flavour combining 13 vitamins, 5 minerals and 2 probiotic strains – 19 bioactive ingredients in total – in a single gummy. No tablets to swallow: just chew your multivitamin.
- Folate 100 µg (50% NRV) and vitamin B12 2.5 µg (100% NRV) – both contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
- Vitamin C 16 mg (20% NRV) – contributes to the normal function of the immune system; vitamin E 6 mg (50% NRV) contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress.
- Zinc 1.5 mg (15% NRV) and selenium 14 µg (25% NRV) – zinc contributes to the maintenance of normal hair, nails and skin, selenium to the maintenance of normal hair and nails.
- Probiotic cultures – Lactobacillus acidophilus and Bifidobacterium bifidum, each 0.25 × 10⁹ CFU per gummy.
- Vegan gummies with pectin – including vegan vitamin D3, no gelatine, gluten-free, non-GMO.
- No artificial sweeteners or colours – colour comes from anthocyanins; 60 gummies per bottle (150 g).
Dosage
Adults: 1–2 gummies daily. Children from 12 years: 1 gummy daily. Chew before swallowing.
