Bisglycinates and citrate rather than oxides and sulphates: Zinc Matrix is built on chelated mineral forms. Zinc and copper come as bisglycinates, magnesium as a citrate and bisglycinate combination.
The daily dose is four capsules in the evening before bed. Together they supply 375 mg of magnesium, 30 mg of zinc, 10.5 mg of vitamin B6, 1 mg of copper and 1 mg of boron. The 100-capsule pack equals 25 daily doses.
Reflex Nutrition fills the blend into capsules rather than pressing it into tablets. The capsule shell is bovine gelatine, so the product is not suitable for vegetarians.

Directions
Take four capsules a day in the evening before bed, with water. The 100-capsule pack equals 25 daily doses. Do not exceed the daily dose of four capsules.
Ingredients
Magnesium citrate, magnesium bisglycinate, gelatine capsule (bovine gelatine, colour iron oxide), zinc bisglycinate, anti-caking agent (magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide), pyridoxine hydrochloride, copper bisglycinate, sodium tetraborate. The capsule contains bovine gelatine, so the product is not suitable for vegetarians.
